What do I need to do?

Provide us with a photo or scan of one of the following:

• Driver’s License (Front only)

• Passport

• State ID (Front only)

Please note the following details:

• The document must be valid and not expired

• The address does not have to match what we have on file

• We need to see the full document and we need to be able to read your name and expiration date, so make sure there are no glares, blurry parts, or cut off sides.

Why is this needed?

The DMV needs a photo of your state ID, Passport, or Driver’s License to confirm your identity.
