What do I need to do?
** If you have a South Dakota driver’s license with an address in Pennington County, you can skip this step. **
Provide us with one of the following for each owner of the vehicle:
Photo or scan of your Social Security Card
Photo or scan of IRS Form 1098
Photo or scan of IRS Form 1099
Photo or scan of IRS Form W-2
Your full social must be visible, and all text on the document must be legible.
Why is this needed?
The DMV needs proof of your Social Security Number to confirm your identity.
