  • Remember, your checklist must be completed in full for us to complete your order. Documents not received or completed incorrectly will delay your order.

  • You may owe additional fees as noted on your checklist. If you owe anything, it will be listed on your checklist. Whenever you are ready, you can Pay securely through our website.

Completing Forms

Your checklist and packet are custom-made for your order. The items listed on your checklist represent everything we need to complete your order. We cannot proceed without everything on the checklist.

Your forms are prefilled with your information. In most cases, all you will need to do is sign. Please verify the pre-filled information for accuracy. There will be stickers on the forms showing where you need to interact with each form.

DO NOT CROSS ANYTHING OUT. If a mistake is found or made on a form, contact us for a new copy.

Uploading Documents

Documents can be uploaded using our Document Upload Portal. Follow this link to start uploading documents now.

Mailing Documents

You should have received a prepaid shipping label via email. This can be used to mail us anything that needs to be an original copy. Refer to this guide and be sure to provide original documents or copies as directed. If what we receive is incorrect, your order will be delayed.

When you are ready to mail, you can use any sized envelope for shipping. Drop off the envelope at any UPS store, CVS, Staples, UPS drop box, or any location shown here. Allow 2 days for us to receive your documents via UPS.

If you don't want to use our label, mail to the address below. If you are providing your own shipping label, we highly recommend purchasing tracking and saving the tracking information somewhere safe.

Once we receive your forms, we will contact you within 1 business day. You can reference the tracking number provided on your shipping label at any point to see if we have received your documents.

We will email you with a status update once we have received your documents. We will email you again once we have processed your paperwork and sent it to the DMV.

The timeframe for completing your order will vary based on the state and process, the proof of ownership provided, and the complexity of your situation. If there are any delays, we will contact you.
