Power of Attorney

What do I need to do?
This form must be witnessed by a notary. That means it either needs to be notarized online or in person. Let’s look at those options now.
Notarized in person: Sign the form in front of the notary so they can notarize your signature. In some states like California, the notary may include a separate form called a Jurat as shown here. If they do, we need the Jurat as well.
Notarized online: This form can be completed virtually in front of a notary. If you notarize online, we will need a copy of the Verification Form.
We like to use the site listed below, but there are many options out there.

What is the purpose of this?
A Power of Attorney is a legal document that grants limited rights to perform actions on behalf of a user. In our case, your POA allows us to handle paperwork related to your vehicle on your behalf. Dirt Legal does not use this for anything outside the scope of your order.
